About Department

          The Department of Chemistry was established on the 2009. It is one of the spacious department in faculty of Science of the College. The department consists of
i) Main laboratory hall, having arrangement for 45 students carrying out their practical
ii) Store Room
The Department has nearly all equipments, Chemicals and Apparatus for conducting Practical’s for students B.Sc. to M.Sc.-II Classes. All the members of the teaching and non teaching staff have cordial relations among themselves. They make sincere efforts for the enhancement of results, both qualitatively and quantitatively. The staff members have created a linking among students for the subject Chemistry. As a result, several students have done PG in Chemistry every year. All teaching faculties of department actively participate in Various College Curricular, Co curricular and extension activities.

• Activities like poster presentation competition, workshop, seminars etc.
• The department has well equipped and dedicated laboratories.
